Mount View Homestead is proud to present The Ironbark Barn, a rustic country venue perfect for all your celebrations. This lovingly restored, 100-year-old barn can host up to 100 seated guests, providing a charming and intimate setting for weddings, family gatherings, corporate events, and more.

The Barn and its surrounding grounds offer a spacious location suitable for both sit-down and cocktail-style events.

With numerous stunning ceremony locations and a rustic reception space, your special day will be nothing short of magical.
Charming details and amenities
Enhance your event with the many charming photo props available, including wagon wheels, wine barrels, a rope swing, hay bales, and old farm machinery. The Ironbark Barn comes complete with a bar area, pool table, and BBQ facilities.
Guests can also enjoy sitting around the outdoor fire pit, gazing at the endless stars with firewood supplied for all functions.
Weather-proof and picture-perfect
In the event of wet weather, the inside of The Ironbark Barn is the perfect location for your ceremony. Its large, hand-made timber doors and spectacular views offer a beautiful backdrop, ensuring your day remains special regardless of the weather.
Common questions about the Ironbark Barn
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. The Ironbark Barn is a BYO alcohol venue.
Can we decorate the barn in our own theme?
Yes. You have the freedom to decorate the barn in your own style.
Are there toilets at the Ironbark Barn?
Yes. Toilets are located just outside the barn. There is also a hot shower if you have guests camping on site during your function.
Do we need to bring firewood for the firepit?
No. All functions are supplied with firewood free of charge.
Is it possible to use our own caterer?
Yes. You are welcome to use a caterer of your choice.
What is the finish time for our function?
Functions are to finish no later than 11pm. Music is to cease before or at 10.30pm.
How many guests can the Ironbark Barn seat?
The barn can comfortably seat up to 100 guests.
Are larger groups able to book?
Yes. Our normal booking process is through Hip camp, however if you have a larger group or would like to book exclusively please contact us direct on info@mountviewhomestead.com.au
Are guests able to camp on site during our function?
Yes. A small amount of your guests are able to camp on the property.
